By downloading, installing, or using StockLens ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Not Financial Advice

StockLens is an educational and informational tool only. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

• Stock ratings, analysis scores, and Sharia compliance assessments are generated algorithmically and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Past performance of any stock is not indicative of future results.
• You should always consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decisions.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of using this app.

2. Sharia Compliance Disclaimer

The Sharia/Halal compliance screening feature is provided for informational purposes only. Assessments are based on publicly available financial data and general AAOIFI guidelines. They should not be considered as a fatwa or definitive Islamic ruling. Please consult a qualified Islamic finance scholar for authoritative guidance on Sharia-compliant investing.

3. Accuracy of Data

StockLens retrieves financial data from third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any data, ratings, or analysis provided by the app is complete, accurate, or up to date. Stock prices, financial metrics, and analyst targets may be delayed or incorrect.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Trial: Some subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Lifetime Purchase: The lifetime option is a one-time, non-refundable purchase that grants permanent access to all premium features.
• All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the app or its content
• Use automated systems to scrape data from the app

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within StockLens are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockLens and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
