• We do not collect your name, email address, or personal contact information
• We do not collect financial account details, brokerage credentials, or trading data
• We do not collect location data
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide stock analysis and screening features
• To save your watchlist and preferences locally on your device
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
• To process in-app purchases through Apple's App Store

4. Data Storage

All your data (watchlists, scan history, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain external servers or databases containing your personal information. Premium subscription status is securely stored in your device's Keychain.

5. Third-Party Services

StockLens uses the following third-party services:

• Financial Modeling Prep API - to retrieve stock market data. No personal user data is shared with this service. Their privacy policy is available at financialmodelingprep.com.
• Apple StoreKit - to process in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments are handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details.

6. Subscriptions

StockLens offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase option. Payment is processed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. We do not have access to your payment information.

7. Children's Privacy

StockLens is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
